We are a woman-owned small business, based in Laguna Beach, CA. Our cocoa is made to order in small batches.
Just add hot water and stir with excitement. You can also add a hot milk of choice for an even creamier cocoa.
Unfortunately, we cannot process any returns for any opened product.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at info@happycamperco.us within 7 days after receiving your purchase. In your email, please include a picture showing the damage. Once confirmed, we will send you a return shipping label to use to return the product and refund.
If you have another issue, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. In your email, please describe the issue with the order and product. We will review your return request and get back to you. If approved, you will need to send the unused product back to us. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund.
